ReplyDeleteKia ora Orlando!
ReplyDeleteMikey here. Congratulations on completing your first Summer Learning Journey activity! I'm so please that you've decided to carry on with the programme after Teaser Week. :)
Good thinking! Nuts and trail mix are great additions to your food supply - they keep really well. What kind of drinks would you take? I'd take fresh water. It'd help to keep you hydrated out at sea for so long.
Keep up the great blogging, Orlando. I can't wait to read more posts from you soon! :)
Bye for now,
Mikey
Hey Orlando!
ReplyDeleteI'm Natasha, I'm going to be checking out some of your blog posts and commenting on some of them over the next few weeks - hopefully I'll be getting some replies too.
This is a really sensible and well-thought-out list of items, I'm impressed! Nuts, cereal, soft fruit, canned meat and canned vegetables are all very good and healthy choices - excellent sources of the nutrients you'd need if you were at sea for three weeks!
Cold drinks are also a clever idea, good thinking! You can actually survive three weeks without food, but only three days without water. Very important.
What do you think the three most important items on your list are?
Awesome job Orlando, can't wait to see more work like this from you over the upcoming weeks. Enjoy your break away from school :)
